Step 01
Add your family
Invite your siblings, the local caregiver, and your family doctor. Each gets their own login and only sees what they need.

ANSR turns a daily WhatsApp message in your parents' language into a calm dashboard for you — meds, vitals, mood, daily life. One thing to open in the morning. Silence the rest of the time.

Every NRI family has had this conversation. “Did you take your medicine?” “Yes, yes, don’t worry.” “What did the doctor say?” “He said I’m fine, kanna.” You hang up. You don’t feel better. You can’t see what they ate. You can’t tell if the BP is up. You can’t tell whether the new diuretic is making the dizziness worse.
Calling more doesn’t fix the gap — it just makes you the anxious one and them the patient. And no parent wants to feel like a patient with their own child.
So we built ANSR on the interface that already works for them. WhatsApp.
One gentle message a day. In Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, or English. The signal you needed lived inside their reply all along.

Upload prescriptions, lab reports, and discharge summaries. Pair a wearable if one exists. ANSR builds the health wallet around what's there today.

One gentle check-in per day in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, or English. No app to download, no password to remember.

A daily digest you read over morning coffee. Alerts arrive only when a trend actually matters — three days pointing the same way, not every BP spike.

Without adequate primary care
By 2050, India will have nearly 300 million elderly. Many will live alone or with adult children abroad. Hospitals can’t scale to meet that — but WhatsApp already reaches them, and a calm, language-native interface can scale to all of them.
She’s in her seventies, in Chennai. I’m in Texas. She didn’t want to bother me, so she didn’t mention the fall on our daily WhatsApp call. Her neighbour told my sister. My sister told me. By then she was already walking — which was the only reason I learned at all.
I spent the next year building exactly what I wished I had — one place where my sister, my mother’s caregiver, her cardiologist, and I could see the same picture. Not a chat group. Not a spreadsheet. Something that actually understood what my mother was telling us, in her language, on her timeline.
If you’ve had a version of this conversation — with yourself or with your siblings — please write to me at hello@ansrhealthai.com. I read every note personally.

Both parents
Most families. Same feature set, two residents.
What we will never do: sell your family’s data, share it with insurers, run ads, charge per alert, or lock clinical summaries behind a higher tier. Read our security commitments.
We’re onboarding a small number of NRI families each month. Friends and family have been testing with us for months — your cohort is next. General release lands summer 2026.
